Do I upload my video?
No. You upload only the caption file, which is small and quick. Your video stays on your computer.
Where do I get a caption file?
YouTube Studio → Subtitles → Download (.srt). CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro and Riverside can all export .srt or .vtt too.
Does it cut the video for me?
